Delivery

All UK deliveries are posted First Class and overseas orders are posted standard airmail.

UK SHIPPING 
Royal Mail First Class  aims to deliver within 1-3 working days

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
1. Airmail aims to deliver to European destinations within 3-5 working days, major cities worldwide within 5 days and other destinations within 7*

2. TRACKED items receive priority handling and can be up to one day faster than Airmail. You also benefit from an online tracking facility, items are electronically scanned at 6 different points, in the UK and overseas to the point of delivery.

3. CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES – Most orders will arrive within the stated time but delivery times may occasionally take longer at Christmas and allowance should be made for this. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail but will assist where possible. We can not be held responsible for orders not arriving in time for Christmas.

All prints come carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, gently rolled into a sturdy protective shipping tube.

*Delivery service delays occasionally do happen. It’s best to wait 14 working days for UK deliveries, and 30 working days for overseas deliveries, before contacting me to report a missing package. Custom delays can be quite common to overseas destinations where packages can become delayed.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees on delivery to European destinations.

Returns and exchanges

You can have a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase up to 14 days after purchasing. I do not refund postage costs. Please visit the contact section stating your order number if you have any issues with your order or want any further information.

No returns on orders where wrong size has been ordered.

Please note that any requested refund will only be processed once the item has been returned in its original condition.

Damaged prints

Damaged prints – please fill out our contact form here and upload up to 5 pictures of the damage – please note we need a photo of the  damaged packaging and also the prints. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
